Winning Wednesday – Wii Family Party: 30 Great Games Winter Fun

Here it is, another Winning Wednesday. This time, we have the Wii Family Party: 30 Great Games Winter Fun to give away. What makes this Winning Wednesday a little special is that this time, there are five winners. Yep, you read that right: Five people will receive copies of this Wii game. And what a game it is – my kids love it, and the neighborhood kids are suddenly dropping by a lot more frequently since they’ve tried Winter Fun!

But enough chit-chat. Let’s get down to brass tacks. We asked entrants to leave a comment describing their favorite winter sport. The first winner of this Wii game is Jennifer M., who wrote, “I love ice skating.”  That’s my tween’s favorite winter sport, too! Our second winner is Lauren Rhodes. She wrote, ” I love snowboarding! I love playing sports games for the Wii because everyone can join in on the fun, no matter their age or skill ability!” She’s right. Not only is Wii Family Party: 30 Great Games Winter Fun appropriate for all ages, but my 3rd grader has roundly trounced me several times already.  The third winner, Chad, wrote “Snow boarding is my favorite winter sport. I really would love to win this to gather the family around for some quality fun time!”  Looks like you’re getting that wish, Chad – you won it! The fourth person whose name was randomly chosen is Sheila. She wrote, “Bobsledding is my favorite winter sport to watch! Thanks!” I’ve never bobsledded either – but it sounds like something I’d like to try. Our fifth winner, Dave, wrote, “My favorite winter sport is curling up on the couch with a kitty and a good book. Does that count? Thank you for the fun give away.” You’re welcome, Dave! Not sure that curling up with a good book quite counts as an athletic endeavor, but we love that, too.
